Head to the beautiful Te Arai Beach in the north of Auckland for a personalised surf lesson from the friendly and experienced instructors at Aotearoa Surf School. Depending on your skill level, you will be taught all the fundamentals of surfing including positioning and paddling, getting out back, reading waves, chasing peaks, timing and take-offs, generating speed, bottom, front and back turns, or how to master the duck dive & much more. Of course, you will also be taken through progressive safety techniques to ensure your confidence and safety in the water. Private lessons are available all year round, at times that are convenient for you.
