Spend the day exploring the waters of Hen Island and it’s incredible marine life including blue mao mao, trevally, silver drummer and more - you may even spot dolphins, orca, sharks or even whales! Descend the dramatic walls as they drop to boulders, exposing cracks where the cray are hiding!
Experience the dramatic scenery and diving of the Hen & Chick Islands. The diving here seldom disappoints and provides a list of fish on anyone's wish list. Big shoals of fish, spectacular topography & even crays to catch! Take home a feed for the family.
Your charter includes a 45 minute boat trip out to the island and two tank dives. This adventure lasts a full day and takes in the wildness of the remote islands, with the possibility of seeing pods of dolphins or orca, sharks and even whales.
The Hen & Chick Islands are set in a chain which depicts the wildness of New Zealand. With a general diving depth of up to 25m and visibility 10-20m, it is suitable for certified divers of all levels. If you have not dived within the last 12 months you will need to contact us about a refresher course.
There is a minimum of four and a maximum of eight people per sailing.
Spectators may be allowed in the event of empty spaces, however this cannot be guaranteed.
The schedule may be changed due to adverse weather conditions. Alternative dates will be provided.
Scuba gear will be required for this trip with wetsuits worn at all times.
