Hit the slopes and experience one of the best downhill trails in New Zealand for four hours. Rush down both Rude Rock and Hot Rod trails that descend Coronet Peak to the valley floor, tackling a few natural kickers along the way. You'll be shuttled back to the top as many times as you like.
Prepare for an exhilarating adventure on two wheels at the legendary Rude Rock, renowned as being one of the best downhill biking tracks in the country. You'll be picked up from your Queenstown accommodation and taken to the top of Coronet Peak, where you'll enjoy a 10 minute ride to the summit of Rude Rock. Take a deep breath before hitting the 3km single track that descends Coronet Peak's slopes, featuring a number of natural kickers and steep rock garden sections to keep things interesting. You'll then hit Hot Rod, the trail's hotly awaited extension which takes you all the way to the valley floor. Featuring a beautiful flowing single track over freshly built berms and easy table tops and drops, you'll be engrossed the whole way. It will take you approximately 20-30 minutes to get down to the main road and once at the bottom, you'll be shuttled back to the top to do it all over again.
