Session Length

This experience is two hours in duration
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your departure. Rides will not be held for late arrivals out of respect for other booked guests.
Departure is at 9 am
This experience operates from September to May

Important Information

Guidelines

This experience is suitable for intermediate to advanced riders
Minimum age is 12 years
Guests aged 16 to 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
Maximum weight limit is 85kg
All guests must understand and be able to communicate in English
Please contact experience provider prior to your arrival to confirm your tour
Suitable to intermediate and experienced riders only
Must have at least 35 hours of experience and be capable of riding a horse at walk, trot and canter over uneven, complex terrain in an uncontrolled environment
A riding assessment may be done to ensure all participants are suitable. No refunds are offered in the event you are turned away due to a breach in policy

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
Late arrivals or no-shows will result in forfeiting your experience, and no refunds or reschedules will be offered.

Dress Code

Please wear long comfortable pants, suitable closed footwear (avoid large heels, crocs or sandals permitted). Bring sunscreen, insect repellent, a water bottle, sunglasses and a phone or small camera.
