Join this full day guided tour and cruise along the stunning coastline of the Abel Tasman Park. Experience Golden Bay and the lifestyler village Takaka, the sacred Maori springs at Waikoropu, a bush walk and breathtaking views over Abel Tasman Park and Golden Bay.
Meet your driver in the morning in either Motueka or Nelson and head along the coastline to Kaiteriteri. Enjoy the wonderful beach and views over the bay. Then, step aboard for your 90 minute cruise from Kaiteriteri Beach to Totaranui along the coastline of the Abel Tasman Park, one of the most pristine areas of New Zealand. Tea, coffee and snacks are available on board.
Enjoy a moment on the stunning beach in Totaranui - maybe even a swim - before your driver meets you again to take you to your next destination. You will be picked up by your driver and you will be blown away by the 20-minute drive to stunning bush with the option for a short walk.
After the walk to a lookout, drive about 10 minutes to Takaka for a break. Takaka is a colourful interesting lifestyle town with wonderful lunch stop options, interesting shops and locals. 3km out of Takaka there is the well-known Waikoropupu Springs, known for the clarity of the water and the volume of water discharged. The springs are spiritually significant to the Maori people.
The tour ends with a scenic drive over Takaka Hill with stunning views over Abel Tasman and Golden Bay before heading back to Motueka and Nelson. You will return to Motueka at about 4.30pm and Nelson at about 5.30pm.
