Do battle with the hard fighting Bay of Islands 'KINGFISH'. A light tackle gamefish renowned for its strength and cunning. Fish for these challenging adversaries which can reach weights of up to 40kgs in our waters.

You and three friends, family members or colleagues will board one of our fast sportfishers and cruise out of the harbour to the bait fishing grounds. Catch your fresh bait for the challenge, then head for the outer reefs and the lair of our challenger, the 'KINGFISH'. Baits in the water and all going to plan, so 'HANG ON' tight!

Your catch can be filleted or smoking can be arranged.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Venue:

Paihia/Russell, Bay of Islands.

Session Length

A 'KINGFISH' experience is a six hour session and is available all year round.

Guidelines:

Any one can participate, as our guides are experienced and will assist all anglers if necessary.

Numbers:

This experience is for four people. Only four people plus crew will be present on the boat as this is an exclusive charter.

Weather:

All fishing excursions are subject to weather or unforseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation your experience will be rescheduled.
