2 Hour Cosmetic Acupuncture and Facial

Begin with a lovely discussion over green tea. Your acupuncturist, highly qualified in both eastern and western medicine, will discuss with you many aspects of your body. She will get a great understanding of how your body works and thus how to treat you.

Time to relax. Lay down comfortably in your robe and your therapist will assess your skin's habits further before beginning the facial. Experience that calmness that comes with gentle massage as your face is cleansed and exfoliated.

Proceed into body acupuncture protocol, and you're ready. The needles, being strategically placed, will only give you the slightest prick - then they'll be left for fifteen to thirty minutes. Before long, you will be thoroughly calmed through the 12 'meridians' or energy lines through your body.

The needles will be gently removed and you'll move onto a light facial massage. A masque will be applied, after which you will be re-cleansed, and your face treated to high-quality products.

This is a completely relaxing way to spend two hours - a facial with a twist!
