Seafood Cooking Class
Do you love fresh seafood? First a brilliant chef will demonstrate a couple of special seafood recipes and then you will cook up a storm with your chef guiding you all the way...before dining on your delicious creations in style! Incredibly fresh seafood, mouth watering recipes and lots of laughs!
Your experience begins in the comfortable auditorium with a 45 minute demonstration of 2 seafood recipes by your guest chef. As you watch your chef will impart a few of their secret cooking tips and stories from the trade! Next, in the specially designed ‘hands on’ kitchen you will spend up to an hour recreating the same recipes in groups of 3 – 5 with assistance from your chef and his team – this is where the fun really begins. Lastly you will dine on your creations and enjoy a complimentary glass of wine to match the meal.
The classes are different from week to week and may include caribbean cooking, mediterranean cooking, cooking on the BBQ etc or they may feature a well known chef who will be sharing his/her tips on theri favourite recipes.
This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Venue:
Central Auckland with lots of car parking on site.
Session Length
Classes are held on most Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings at 6.30pm and Saturday at 11.00am. Each experience will last for about 2 ½ hours
Guidelines:
Participants will ideally be 16 years and older.
Numbers:
There will be up to 40 per cooking class.
Spectators:
Due to health and safety reasons it is best if there are no spectators.
Weather:
An all weather experience.

Please note: This voucher entitles you to join a class of $80 value. There are classes at higher values, and should you wish to exchange your voucher for one of these, you may simply need to pay the difference direct to the supplier.

Fabulous experience. First time doing anything like this. I had a great time from start to finish. Very professional but very relaxed, at no time did I feel uncomfortable with anything. Learnt a lot at the same time and now have confidence to cook dishes for others to enjoy.

The cookery class far exceeded my expectations I was amazed how professional the evening was. When I first received the gift I was tempted to change for another experience but I am so glad I did not as I had a fantastic evening. The set up at the cookery school is so fantastic. Please pass on to the school how great the chef was from Te Whau he was very easy to listen to entertaining and perfect for the evening.

It was great - thoroughly enjoyed the chef's demonstration to begin with then had a lot of fun cooking afterwards. Enjoyed meeting new people to share the experience with.
