In the warm atmosphere of her Italian home, Raffaela takes you on a journey to discover and taste the authentic ingredients and to combine them to create a simple but tasty meal.
These classes combine Italian ingredients, techniques presentation and flair. You will feel as though you have been transported to a villa in the heart of Tuscany while immersing yourself in all things Italian. Learn the art of preparing authentic Italian cuisine with hand-picked organic ingredients and enjoy a 3 course Italian meal.
