Is a romantic weekend on the agenda? Our historic homestead offers the perfect location and atmosphere for romance. The accommodation oozes Victorian elegance and charm but combines these with the modern conveniences that will make your stay with us even more enjoyable.

We aim to make your stay in Cambridge memorable and our guests often comment on the special touches, attention to detail and warm hospitality that we provide. Our homestead was built in 1902 using native kauri timber and Marseilles roof tiles. It has been renovated to recapture its Victorian elegance whilst incorporating the comfort of contemporary amenities.

The Blue Room has recently been redecorated in an English country style. It is centrally heated, has a comfortable Queen bed, a private ensuite and quality linen and fittings, including a TV and CD player and tea/coffee making facilities.

Complimentary hors d’oeuvres with local wines are served in the evenings and each morning you will enjoy a full gourmet breakfast for two. Additional services can be arranged and include laundry, a wine list, relaxation massages, lunches, picnic hampers and local tours (additional costs).

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Session Length

Accommodation is available all year round, subject to availability. The price is based on one night accommodation for two people. Check in after 3pm and check out 10am, please advise if you wish an earlier check in or later check out as we are flexible if arranged prior.
