Arrive at our helicentre, board your helicopter and fly north to Waipara wine country, where you will land in the grounds of one of Canterbury’s fabulous dining venues. Options include Pegasus Bay Winery, which has been awarded New Zealand’s best winery restaurant for the 3rd consecutive year, or the Mudhouse Winery and Café, famous for its award winning wines. Enjoy the stunning local cuisine offered at either one of these restaurants, accompanied of course by a taste of Canterbury’s finest wines. Feeling totally satisfied, reboard your helicopter for a return flight over stunning Canterbury scenery back to Christchurch.
