James' bio

After completing a commerce and law degree and travelling around the world working on Superyachts for a year James joined RedBalloon in mid 2010. After an amazing year floating around the world James knew it was time to  leave the playgrounds of the French Riviera and the Caribbean behind to follow his passion for entrepreneurship.

He was lucky enough to stumble upon a company whose values mirrored his own. It was growing quickly, it was a best employer and one of its mottos was– ‘life is the sum of your experiences’ he just wanted to know where to sign. No prizes for guessing what the company was.  Although he is a native Melbournite he knew RedBalloon was a company he had to work for. He packed his bags on a whim came up to Sydney and luckily for him RedBalloon was hiring!

Now a converted Sydneysider he can often be found spending  inordinate amounts of time at Bronte beach or out on the Harbour. James unites the responsibilities of supporting RedBalloon's Account Directors in seeking new business and sales, with a big passion for new experiences and challenges. Spreading the word for RedBalloon, James is the first port of call for any Corporate queries and most importantly assisting clients in making the Redballoon experience for both employees, managers and clients exceeds their expectations.
