  • These terms of business apply to both RedBalloon Pty Ltd ACN: 097 376 442 and RedBalloon NZ Ltd Co. No. 1417960 here in after called "RedBalloon".
  • Payment on RedBalloon invoices is strictly 14 days from invoice date
  • In the event that payment terms are not met, RedBalloon reserves the right to withdraw services, invalidate vouchers, cancel experience bookings and/or cancel these terms of business.
  • All orders placed with RedBalloon will incur a $3.97 (Inc. GST) transaction fee and any additional delivery costs.
  • An order handling fee of $30.00 (Inc. GST) is charged for each and every order requested to be processed manually by RedBalloon staff on your company's behalf (To avoid this charge you can order online. Complimentary training is provided)
  • All orders are subject to the RedBalloon standard Terms and Conditions
